A graduate of Florida Southern College and a former basketball player, Bill enjoys life in Lakeland with his wife and three children. Benjamin Falk serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Century Companies, bringing over 20 years of dedicated experience to the organization. A CPA and graduate of Asbury University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Ben joined Century Companies after three years in public accounting in Orlando. He oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, IT systems, and the financing of new acquisitions, refinances, and construction loans. Ben also manages post-closing lending relationships, ensuring strong financial foundations for Century’s continued growth and success.

Julie Graves has been a key part of Century Companies since 2006, where she oversees the company’s insurance portfolios, loss control, and manages the billing and accounts receivable databases for all divisions under the Century Companies umbrella. Known for her dedication to safety and property management, Julie coordinates closely with her Century Retail team to ensure each property is maintained at the highest standards for tenants and patrons alike. Whether handling a hurricane damage claim or other challenges, her goal is to restore full operational capacity for tenants and customers as quickly as possible. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors and is a proud, loyal fan of the Cleveland Browns (no fair weather fan here) and Ohio State Buckeyes.
