L. Todd Maxwell

Chief Executive Officer

L. Todd Maxwell, CEO, is a graduate of Florida Southern with a Business Degree in Accounting. Mr. Maxwell oversees all strategic planning and business activities of CRF and its affiliates. Further, he is responsible for the development of the company's business plan and financial objectives. His assessment of all real estate acquisitions has proven beneficial in the overall growth of the company.

Charlie Boscarino

President, Commercial Division

Charlie joined Century Companies in April 2006 bringing with him 35 years of experience in the retail industry, the last 25 years with Bealls Stores, Inc. He currently serves as President, overseeing all aspects of the commercial division, including Leasing, Site Acquisition, Construction Development and Business Development departments.

Jim D. Lee

Chief Operating Officer

Jim D. Lee is a CPA and has been affiliated with Century Realty Funds, Inc. for 15 years. Mr. Lee assumed his role as Chief Operating Officer in July of 2007. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Benjamin Falk

Chief Financial Officer

Benjamin Falk is a graduate of Asbury College with a Business Degree in Accounting. Mr. Falk, a CPA, joined CRF in 1998 after three years with a public accounting firm in Orlando. He is responsible for all company financing activities, company financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management systems.
