Rachel Fives
Property Manager
Rachel is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing. She joined Century Asset Management in May of 2008 with 3-1/2 years of property management experience, specializing in managing anchored shopping centers as well as industrial warehouse buildings and parks. Prior to joining Century Asset Management, Rachel was a Property Manager for Weingarten Realty Investors managing a portfolio of properties in the Orlando, Tampa, and Destin, Florida markets. Rachel is currently managing a portfolio of 25 anchored shopping centers and neighborhood strip centers throughout Central and North Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina.

Angela Pongpathed
Property Manager
Angela joined Century Retail in July of 2008 with 10 years of retail leasing experience, specializing in grocery anchored strip and neighborhood centers. She has also worked with big box disposition properties and office/warehouse leasing during that same timeframe. Prior to joining the Century Retail Team, Angela was the Leasing Representative for Publix Super Markets, Inc. handling the leasing efforts on both the west and east coasts of Central Florida, as well as Miami. With 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Angela has worked with many national, regional and local tenants to develop the knowledge and relationships to add a new dimension to the diverse team at Century Retail. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Next Generation. Angela currently is a Property Manager and handles our renewal leases.

Steve Egidio
Senior Portfolio Specialist
Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania; a Master's of Divinity - Church Administration from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas, MO; and a Certified Grant Proposal Writer from the Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership Center at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Prior to coming to Century in 2006, Steve spent 20 years in church and non-profit business and financial administration in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Steve is currently our Senior Portfolio Specialist. He manages the lease files, rent payment records and provides tenant customer service for 5 anchored shopping centers and 21 retail strip center in Florida. Steve also oversees the Portfolio Specialist Team.

Joy Tromblee
Portfolio Specialist
Joy is the newest addition to the Century Asset Management team in August 2009, and has been with Century since April 2006. She has over 35 years experience in business administration, management, and operations, of which, over 15 years being in the rental industry. During her career, she has managed a diversified number of company accounts, from large corporations to the local area businesses.
