Chris Ralph
Senior Vice President of Leasing Operations
Chris has been in the shopping center industry for more than 24 years. He is currently the Vice President of Leasing Operations at Century Retail, responsible for the direction and oversight of the Century Retail Orlando leasing office. A graduate of the University of Florida, Chris holds both the Certified Shopping Center Manager designation (CMD) and the Certified Marketing Director (CSM) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers. His background includes the leasing and management of a variety of shopping centers including strip centers, lifestyle centers, super regional malls and community centers. Previously, he has worked for Centro Properties, the Rouse Company and the Courtelis Company. Most recently as General Manager with Centro Properties, he headed up the $45 million redevelopment of Pointe Orlando.

Sherri Mann
Senior Director of Leasing
Sherri Mann, based in Atlanta, Georgia, joined the Century Team in March 2008 to serve various areas in the Southeast in the development leasing of retail properties. Prior to joining the Century Team, Sherri was a Senior Leasing Representative for a Columbia, SC based commercial real estate developer handling the leasing efforts in Atlanta, Georgia and various coastal properties. With over fourteen years of experience in commercial real estate, Sherri has worked with many national and regional tenants to develop the knowledge and relationships to add a new dimension to the diverse team at Century Retail.

Donna Kendall
Leasing Representative
Donna has been with Century for over 15 years. Prior to coming to the commercial leasing side of the company, she worked in residential home sales, where she was Sales Manager for several of Century Companies.

Ryan Phelps
Leasing Representative
Ryan Phelps joined Century Retail in 2010. Ryan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate.
Ryan began his commercial real estate career with Trycon Inc, in Orlando Florida as an intern in 2004 and eventually joined their retail leasing team. While at Trycon Ryan finalized 30 leases totaling over 100,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping center space.
In 2008, Ryan accepted a position with Sleiman Enterprises, the largest private real estate developer in Northeast Florida. Ryan was responsible for the lease up of 30 properties, and in less than a year, closed more than 25 lease transactions. Ryan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
