Vice President of Asset Management & Development Operations
Previously development manager for Century Retail, Bone joined CRF and its affiliated companies following his graduation from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance in 2003. He has worked on more than 50 individual developments, from small strip centers to large, mixed-use anchored developments. In his new position, he leads the Lakeland-based development team in every aspect of operations, including due diligence, entitlement process, construction management, tenant coordination, joint venture project management and financial reviews.

Will Reynolds
Development Director
Will Reynolds obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Appalachian State University in 2000. He joined the Century Retail team in 2003 and has managed over 50 projects from inception to certificate of completion. Many of the projects consist of small strip centers to large lifestyles centers. He has worked with both local and national tenants. In his current position he is responsible for Due Diligence, entitlements, construction administration and tenant overview.
