Century Retail, an affiliate of Century Realty Funds, Inc. (CRF), develops, leases and manages a variety of projects from small strips to mixed-use town centers with national tenants such as Publix, TJ Maxx, Starbucks and Bealls among many more. Organized in 2004 for the purpose of leasing our ever-expanding portfolio of new retail projects in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and the Carolina's, our portfolio now consists of over 75 shopping centers, 27 of which are currently under development.
While we are based out of Central Florida, we have commercial properties throughout the Southeastern United States. And since our properties are located on major roadways in prime locations, we cater to a wide range of consumers and businesses. Century Retail is made up of a team of talented individuals with diverse skill sets and a wealth of knowledge gained from years of industry experience. From property development to leasing and management, we have the capabilities and resources needed to take retail projects from concept to completion. Anchored Retail - With a full-time Research and GIS Department at our disposal, we are able to identify highgrowth and emerging markets ideally suited for larger retailers.
Mixed-Use Development - These properties combine the convenience of shopping and office with the ambience of fine living and a superb location.
Redevelopment - We take old and tired shopping centers and give them new life by revamping their appearance, updating their amenities and bringing in new tenants.
Regional Shopping Centers - These retail centers take shopping to a whole new level by combining national
brands and local shops in exceptional locations.
Freestanding - We are able to offer freestanding development opportunities, especially on some of the excellent outparcels available on many of our developing properties.

Century Retail provides fully integrated planning and development services from conception to completion for our retail projects. Our in-house capabilities include the following support services:
